Do not ship items back without authorization. We do not accept self-returns or unauthorized packages. To ensure your refund is processed, you must contact our customer service team before taking any action. Unauthorized returns will not be recognized by our system.
1. Return Eligibility & Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and with all safety seals intact.
- Exceptions: Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns for any supplement that has been opened or tampered with.

- Get Authorization: Our team will provide the specific return address.
- Ship & Track: Ship the items using a trackable service.

4. Shipping Costs & Reimbursement
For Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the return is due to our error, LeafStory will cover the shipping cost. Please pay for the return shipping upfront and provide a clear photo of the shipping receipt to our support team. We will reimburse the shipping fees directly via your original payment method upon verification.
For Change of Mind:
If you are returning an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds (including shipping reimbursements, if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued back to your original payment method.
